Beef Teriyaki
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into strips Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 3 cups fresh stir-fry vegetables (broccoli florets, mushroom slices, pea pods)
- 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups MINUTE White Rice, cooked
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add steak; cook and stir 5 minutes or until cooked through.
- Add vegetables and sauce; mix well.
- Cover; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Serve over hot rice.
