Grilled Mahi Mahi with Hawaiian BBQ Sauce and Ham & Pineapple Salsa

  1. Hawaiian BBQ Sauce: Combine ingredients in saucepan.
  2. Bring to simmer on medium heat.
  3. Cook 20 min., stirring occasionally.
  4. Cool.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  6. Ham & Pineapple Salsa: Combine ingredients.
  7. Mahi-Mahi: Brush 1 fillet with 1 Tbsp.
  8. oil.
  9. Grill on high heat 3 to 5 min., rotating halfway to form diamond grill marks.
  10. Turn fish over; place on sizzle platter.
  11. Brush with 2 Tbsp.
  12. BBQ Sauce.
  13. Bake in 450 degrees F convection oven 5 to 7 min.
  14. or until fish flakes easily.
  15. Serve 1 fillet with 1 cup Ham & Pineapple Salsa.
