Baked Macaroni And Cheese

  1. Heat margarine in a large saucepan until melted, over low heat.
  2. Add flour, mustard, salt, onion powder and white pepper. Cook until bubbly, about 1 minute, stirring constantly with wire whisk.
  3. Gradually stir in milk.
  4. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
  5. Stir in 1 cup cheese and stir until cheese melts.
  6. Stir in macaroni.
  7. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  8. Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes before serving. Serves 12.
