Healthy Dark Chocolate Covered Banana Pops

  1. Melt dark chocolate in microwave or double boiler.
  2. Cut up 1 large banana into 3 even pieces
  3. Place lollipop sticks about halfway into the banana slices
  4. Dip banana slices in chocolate
  5. While chocolate is still melted, sprinkle with chopped nuts of choice (i used almonds and cashews here)
  6. Place on parchment paper or wax paper and set in fridge to harden for an hour
  7. Enjoy!
