Healthy Dark Chocolate Covered Banana Pops
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 cup Melted Dark Chocolate
- 1 Handful of favourite Nuts (crushed/chopped)
- 3 Lolipop Sticks
- Melt dark chocolate in microwave or double boiler.
- Cut up 1 large banana into 3 even pieces
- Place lollipop sticks about halfway into the banana slices
- Dip banana slices in chocolate
- While chocolate is still melted, sprinkle with chopped nuts of choice (i used almonds and cashews here)
- Place on parchment paper or wax paper and set in fridge to harden for an hour
- Enjoy!
