Glazed Fruited Chicken Recipe

  1. Drain fruit; set aside.
  2. Reserve 2/3 c. liquid.
  3. Stir reserved liquid into real mayonnaise.
  4. Stir constantly over medium heat till mix boils; add in stuffing.
  5. Spread in 9x13x2 inch pan.
  6. Add in chicken.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; brush with additional real mayonnaise.
  8. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
  9. Heat marmalade.
  10. Arrange fruit around chicken.
  11. Brush on marmalade.
  12. Bake 15 min.
  13. Garnish with parsley.
  14. Serves 4.
