Glazed Fruited Chicken Recipe
- 1 (29 ounce.) jar fruits for salad
- 2/3 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
- 1 (7 ounce.) pkg. herb stuffing
- 1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut in parts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 (12 ounce.) jar orange marmalade
- Drain fruit; set aside.
- Reserve 2/3 c. liquid.
- Stir reserved liquid into real mayonnaise.
- Stir constantly over medium heat till mix boils; add in stuffing.
- Spread in 9x13x2 inch pan.
- Add in chicken.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper; brush with additional real mayonnaise.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
- Heat marmalade.
- Arrange fruit around chicken.
- Brush on marmalade.
- Bake 15 min.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Serves 4.
