Smart-Choice Raspberry-Lemon Pie

  1. Beat first 4 ingredients in large bowl with whisk until blended.
  2. Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP.
  3. Spread preserves onto bottom of crust; cover with pudding mixture.
  4. Top with remaining COOL WHIP and raspberries.
  5. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
