No-Cook Noodles Lasagne
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 9 lasagne noodles
- 3/4 c. hot water
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Combine browned ground beef, oregano and spaghetti sauce.
- Layer sauce, noodles and a mixture of eggs, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese between layers.
- Reserve 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese to sprinkle on top of casserole after baking.
- Pour water evenly into 4 corners of dish.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake 1 1/4 hours.
- Sprinkle on cheese.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
