Teriyaki Chicken Wings

  1. Coat the wings in salt and pepper.
  2. Put the mayo in a frying pan and cook the wings in it.
  3. Once they have started to brown, go ahead and add the water.
  4. Cover it with a lid and simmer.
  5. After a few minutes of simmering them, take the lid off to let the moisture evaporate.
  6. Once the water has cooked off, add in the mirin and soy sauce and let them simmer a little.
  7. When they are shiny they are done!
  8. Serve them up on a bed of finely sliced cucumber.
