Playhouse Cutlets Recipe

  1. Place veal cutlets down, putting a piece of ham and cheese on top of each cutlet.
  2. Roll the cutlet up.
  3. Have 3 bowls: 1 for flour, 1 for beaten Large eggs and 1 for bread crumbs.
  4. Dip rolled up cutlets into flour first, then pat off excess flour.
  5. Dip in Large eggs, then place in bread crumbs.
  6. Repeat process (not in flour).
  7. Pan fry veal in oil for about 1 1/2 min on each side.
  8. The bake for 30 min at 300 degrees.
  9. Serves 6.
