Peanut Butter Pie

• 1 14 cups oreo chocolate cookie crumbs
• 14 cup sugar
• 14 cup butter, melted
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon butter, softened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

1. CRUST: Combine crust ingredients.
2. Press into a 9-inch pie plate.
3. Bake at 375F for 10 minutes.
4. Cool.
5. FILLING: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth.
6. Fold in whipped cream, gently spoon into crust.
7. Garnish with chocolate or cookie crumbs, if desored.
