Sangria Jell-O Salad

  1. Lightly oil 6-cup ring mold.
  2. Place raspberry Jell-O in large bowl.
  3. Bring wine to simmer in small saucepan.
  4. Add wine to Jell-O and stir until Jell-O is dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in orange juice and lemon juice.
  6. Place bowl in larger bowl filled with ice and water.
  7. Cool until Jell-O begins to set slightly, stirring occasionally, about 20 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile, grate 1 tablespoon peel from oranges.
  9. Cut remaining peel and white pith from oranges; discard.
  10. Cut between membranes; release segments.
  11. Add orange segments and peel, 1 cup grapes and 1 cup strawberries to Jell-O; stir to blend well.
  12. Pour mixture into mold.
  13. Chill at least 6 hours or overnight.
  14. Run knife around mold sides to loosen Jell-O.
  15. Place mold in bowl filled with enough hot water to come halfway up sides of mold for 30 seconds.
  16. Place platter atop mold; invert Jell-O onto platter.
  17. Garnish with additional fruit.
