Instant Chocolate Cookies
- 70 grams Cake flour
- 30 grams Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 50 grams Sugar
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 heaping tablespoons Milk
- 3 drops Vanilla oil (if you have it)
- 1 Powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Put the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and optional baking powder into a bowl and mix together with a whisk until the clumps disappear.
- Pour in the vegetable oil and use a rubber spatula to mix it in using cutting motions.
- Add the vanilla oil.
- Add the milk and fold it in with a rubber spatula.
- When the dough becomes crumbly, it's done.
- Place the crumbly dough on a large sheet of plastic wrap.
- Wrap up the dough and press it together so that it comes together and forms one lump.
- It should look like this.
- Place bite-sized ball of dough (about 12-15 g) onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes in a 180C oven.
- Once baked, let cool as-is on the baking sheet.
- Don't touch them until they have cooled completely, they break very easily!
- Lastly, dust with powdered sugar!
