Instant Chocolate Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Put the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and optional baking powder into a bowl and mix together with a whisk until the clumps disappear.
  3. Pour in the vegetable oil and use a rubber spatula to mix it in using cutting motions.
  4. Add the vanilla oil.
  5. Add the milk and fold it in with a rubber spatula.
  6. When the dough becomes crumbly, it's done.
  7. Place the crumbly dough on a large sheet of plastic wrap.
  8. Wrap up the dough and press it together so that it comes together and forms one lump.
  9. It should look like this.
  10. Place bite-sized ball of dough (about 12-15 g) onto a baking sheet.
  11. Bake for 15 minutes in a 180C oven.
  12. Once baked, let cool as-is on the baking sheet.
  13. Don't touch them until they have cooled completely, they break very easily!
  14. Lastly, dust with powdered sugar!
