Malden Pizza
- 1 pizza dough, your choice (or partially baked commercial)
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 116 teaspoon pepper
- 12 cup evaporated skim milk
- 34 cup grated part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 12 ounces flaked canned tuna, drained and broken up
- 34 cup cooked frozen shrimp
- 12 cup fresh kernel corn (or frozen)
- 34 cup grated part-skim mozzarella cheese
- Prepare pizza dough.
- Roll out and press in greased 12 inch pizza pan, forming rim around edge.
- Measure next 4 ingredients into small saucepan.
- Gradually whisk in evaporated milk.
- Heat and stir until mixture is boiling and thickened.
- Place saucepan in cold water.
- Stir to cool.
- Spread over crust.
- Layer remaining 5 ingredients over top in order given.
- Mozzarella Cheese, tuna, shrimp, (you may use 4 ounce can small or medium shrimp, drained) corn and mozzarella on top.
- Bake on bottom rack in 425F oven for 13 to 15 minutes, or for 8 minutes if using partially baked crust.
- Cuts into 8 wedges.
