Chicken Mediteraneon Recipe

  1. Dust chicken cutlets in flour and saute/fry in butter or possibly oil.
  2. Take chicken out of pan and saute/fry onion and garlic.
  3. Add in tomato, sliced, mushroom, black olive.
  4. Simmer with chicken stock and 1/2 c. white wine.
  5. Serve over vermicelli or possibly noodles.
