Peanut Butter Fluff Pie Recipe
- 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. peanut butter, any kind
- 14 ounce. can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 1/2 ounce. container Cold Whip
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- Chocolate curls
- In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese till light and fluffy.
- Beat in peanut butter and slowly add in sweetened condensed lowfat milk, beating till smooth.
- Add in lemon juice and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Mix in Cold Whip.
- Pile into crust.
- Top with chocolate curls.
