Pudding Goodie
- 1 1/4 c. Bisquick
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
- 3 Tbsp. firm margarine
- 1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (9 oz.) chilled Cool Whip
- 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1/3 c. chopped almonds
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Mix Bisquick, brown sugar and margarine until crumbly.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Press into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch ungreased baking pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Cool.
- Beat 1 cup powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold 1 cup Cool Whip into cream cheese mixture.
- Spread over baked layer.
- Mix chocolate pudding mix with 1 1/2 cups milk until it is thick.
- Pour over cream cheese layer.
- Mix vanilla pudding mix with remaining 1 1/2 cups milk until thick.
- Pour over chocolate pudding layer. Fold 1 tablespoon powdered sugar into the remaining Cool Whip and spread over top of all layers.
- Sprinkle with almonds.
- Cover and refrigerate until firm.
- Cut and serve.
