- 1 tbsp crushed celery seed
- 4 tsp whole yellow mustard seed
- 1 tbsp dried crushed oregano
- 1 tbsp dried crushed thyme
- 1 tbsp whole allspice seeds
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tbsp whole coriander seed
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp Ac'cent
- 2 lb beef keilbasa
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- Mix spices for rub.
- Good for ribs or this sausage dish.
- Enough rub for about 12 pounds of ribs.

- Plate and slice.
- Add spice mix to taste and cheese while warm.
