Baked Vegetables and Sausage

  1. Peel and cube into 1-inch pieces the vegetables.
  2. Place into a roasting pan.
  3. Combine with oil, butter, garlic, salt and sugar.
  4. Add Italian sausages cut into slices.
  5. Cover and roast at 400F for 30 minutes.
  6. Uncover and stir.
  7. Bake until golden, stirring often.
