Baked Vegetables and Sausage
- 6 potatoes
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 14 butternut squash
- 5 -7 mild Italian sausage
- 14 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt
- 14 teaspoon sugar
- Peel and cube into 1-inch pieces the vegetables.
- Place into a roasting pan.
- Combine with oil, butter, garlic, salt and sugar.
- Add Italian sausages cut into slices.
- Cover and roast at 400F for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and stir.
- Bake until golden, stirring often.
