Simple pea and corn salad

  1. Cook peas in slightly salted water.
  2. Drain and let cool.
  3. Drain canned corn and mix with cooked peas in a large bowl.
  4. Cut the pickles in corn-sized chunks.
  5. Add them with some of its 'juice'.
  6. Mix all the sauce ingredients (mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar, oil and spices).
  7. Add the sauce mixture to the peas, corn and pickles, mix and enjoy.
  8. Don't forget to taste the sauce as you go!
