Mom's Sausage Balls Recipe
- 1 pound warm sausage
- 2 c. mild or possibly sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 c. Bisquick mix
- Italian seasoning (optional)
- Garlic pwdr (optional)
- Cajun seasonings (optional)
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand till all is blended together.
- Roll into balls, place on cookie sheet (ungreased or possibly sprayed with Pam).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or possibly till golden.
- Note: Mom adds Italian seasoning (sufficient to cover), garlic (just to taste) and Cajun seasonings (just a healthy pinch or possibly two).
