Creamed mushrooms
- 1 lb baby portobello mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp steak seasoning (I used Montreal)
- 3 tbsp half and half
- In medium nonstick skillet, place butter and mushrooms.
- Sprinkle with steak seasoning and cover.
- Cook over medium high 15 minutes.
- Turn heat to low.
- Add half and half and cover.
- Cook 5 additional minutes.
