Mexican Lasagna

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Fry hamburger with chopped onion and minced garlic.
  3. When browned, drain grease.
  4. Add taco seasoning as directed on packet.
  5. Stir in can of rotel and refried beans until warm.
  6. In a greased 9 x 13 baking dish add half of hamburger mixture.
  7. Layer half of the cheese on top.
  8. And two tortillas.
  9. (May need to trim to fit.)
  10. Add remaining hamburger mixture and top with two more tortillas.
  11. Spread 3/4 cup of picante sauce and top with remaining cheese.
  12. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
  13. Serve topped with lettuce and sour cream.
