Taramind BBQ sauce

  1. Prepare ingredients
  2. Put taramind paste in a cup of water and mix to make a concentrated liquid
  3. Pour oil into a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Turn down to low and cook onion until it begins to soften.
  5. After about 5 minutes add ground pepper, allspice and ginger powder.
  6. Toast these spices for about a minute.
  7. Then add the rest of the ingredients except taramind.
  8. Raise the heat to medium and bring to a gentle boil, stirring often.
  9. Stir in concentrate taramind water and reduce heat to a simmer.
  10. Simmer and stir for around half an hour, then remove from heat and allow mixture to cool to room temperature.
  11. When cooled transfer to a blender and blend until smooth.
  12. Bottle and refrigerate.
