Mushroom Pork Chops

  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the chops over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the onion and mushrooms, and saute for a few minutes.
  4. Mix 1/4 cup milk and cream of mushroom in a bowl, start with 1/4 cup of milk and add another 1/4 cup to reach desired consistancy then pour over chops.
  5. Cover skillet, and reduce heat to medium-low.
  6. Simmer 15-20 minutes, or until chops are cooked through.
