Chicken Casserole
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup (optional)
- 1 (5 oz.) can Milnot
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. diced cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 1/2 c. English peas (canned or frozen)
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery or minced
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion or minced
- Combine stuffing mix and margarine in bowl.
- Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish with half the stuffing mix.
- Combine chicken soup, celery soup, Milnot, peas, chicken broth, chicken, celery and onion and pour into casserole; cover with the remaining stuffing mix.
- Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes.
- Let stand for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Yield:
- 8 to 10 servings.
