Oriental Salad

  1. Mix broccoli slaw, chicken, onions and peppers in a large bowl.
  2. Top with ramen noodles and almonds.
  3. In a seperate bowl, mix sugar, olive oil, soy sauce and vinegar.
  4. Mix really well, as the sugar will thicken.
  5. I usually put it in a bowl with a tight fitting lid and shake it.
  6. Right before serving, pour the dressing over the salad.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Keep refrigerated until serving.
