Gnocchi with Pesto Cream Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 23 cups Heavy Cream
- 23 cups Pesto
- 8 ounces, weight Fresh Crab Meat
- 2 cups Gnocchi, Homemade Or Store Bought
- Start by bringing a pot of water to boil for the gnocchi.
- In a separate pot, heat the butter and heavy cream over medium heat until it just starts to bubble slightly.
- Add in the pesto and stir to combine.
- Add the crab meat and let the mixture simmer for around 3 minutes.
- While the sauce is simmering, cook the gnocchi for about 3 minutes.
- Once the gnocchi is floating on the surface of the water, add to the crab mixture and serve.
- Optional step: once the gnocchi is done boiling, put in a pot with a little olive oil over medium to high heat and saute the gnocchi to get the outside crispy.
