Peanut Butter Banana & Yogurt
- 4 100% whole wheat , split
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 4 medium bananas, sliced
- 24 oz. low-fat (1%) yogurt, favorite flavor
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Spread each English muffin half with 1 Tbsp.
- peanut butter.
- Top each with 1/2 banana.
- Serve each person 2 muffin halves.
- Enjoy 6 oz.
- yogurt per serving on the side.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with the meal.
