  2. peanut butter.
  3. Top each with 1/2 banana.
  4. Serve each person 2 muffin halves.
  5. Enjoy 6 oz.
  6. yogurt per serving on the side.
  7. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with the meal.
