Broccoli Quiche
- 6 slices bacon cooked
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups swiss cheese
- 13 cup mayonnaise
- 1 bunch broccoli florets cooked, chopped
- 13 cup scallions, spring or green onions chopped
- 1 each pie shell (9 inch)
- Mix filling together and pepper to taste.
- Pour into pie shell and bake at 325F (160C) for approximately 60 minutes.
