Paleo Curried Almonds
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cups Almonds
- 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoons Coriander
- Place olive oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
- Add almonds to skillet once the oil is hot.
- Stir in salt, turmeric, pepper, cumin and coriander.
- Continue toasting the almonds in the skillet until they are fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow the nuts to cool in the pan.
- Serve!
