Mushroom Tempura

  1. MAKE TEMPURA BATTER
  2. mix all ingredient and chill for 15 minute
  3. DEEP FRY
  4. put oyster mushroom on tempura batter and deep fry till lightly brown and crispy in 1 to 2 minute
  5. QUICK TOASTED SESAME SEEDS AND SET ASIDE
  6. MAKE SAUCE
  7. put all ingredient into pan and bring to a boil then off heat and serve top toasted sesame seeds

mushroom, sesame seeds, flour, water, salt, sugar, baking powder, oil, tomato sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, corn flour, water, brown sugar
