Mushroom Tempura
- 30 oyster mushroom
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp heinz tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp heinz chili sauce
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp peri peri sauce for extra spicyness
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- MAKE TEMPURA BATTER
- mix all ingredient and chill for 15 minute
- DEEP FRY
- put oyster mushroom on tempura batter and deep fry till lightly brown and crispy in 1 to 2 minute
- QUICK TOASTED SESAME SEEDS AND SET ASIDE
- MAKE SAUCE
- put all ingredient into pan and bring to a boil then off heat and serve top toasted sesame seeds
