Three-Cheese Macaroni
- 3 c. macaroni, cooked in unsalted water and drained
- 1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- In 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine hot macaroni, soup, milk, seasonings, 1/4 cup each of Swiss, Cheddar and Parmesan cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions.
- Bake, covered, at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes or until heated through.
- Top with remaining cheeses and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
- Makes 4 to 6 main-dish servings.
