Pistachio Pudding Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat all ingredients except sugar with mixer until blended.
  3. Pour into greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan or 10-inch tube pan.
  4. Bake 50 to 55 min.
  5. or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
  6. Cool cake in pan 10 min.
  7. Loosen cake from sides of pan with knife.
  8. Invert cake onto wire rack; gently remove pan.
  9. Cool cake completely.
  10. Sprinkle with sugar just before serving.
