Artichoke & Crab Dip Bread

  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2.
  3. Cut French bread in half.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and smear with garlic.
  5. Top with mozzarella.

  7. In a medium-large bowl, combine cream cheese, artichoke hearts, crabmeat, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.

  9. Top generously onto the bread, sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and 4-cheese blend.
  10. Stick in the oven for 810 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
  11. 5.
  12. After cheese has begun to melt, turn broiler on to low and broil until cheese is golden.
  13. Watch carefully so it doesnt burn.
  14. It should only take about 23 minutes.
