Artichoke & Crab Dip Bread
- 1 loaf French Bread
- Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 8 ounces, weight Mozzarella
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Artichoke Hearts, Chopped
- 1 can (6.5 Oz. Can) Crab Meat, Fresh Will Work Too
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, Divided
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 cup Four Cheese Blend, Or Italian Blend Cheese, Shredded

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2.
- Cut French bread in half.
- Drizzle with olive oil and smear with garlic.
- Top with mozzarella.
- 3.
- In a medium-large bowl, combine cream cheese, artichoke hearts, crabmeat, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
- 4.
- Top generously onto the bread, sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and 4-cheese blend.
- Stick in the oven for 810 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
- 5.
- After cheese has begun to melt, turn broiler on to low and broil until cheese is golden.
- Watch carefully so it doesnt burn.
- It should only take about 23 minutes.
