Poached Meatballs With Lemon Sauce

  1. combine meat, bread crumbs and egg.
  2. form meatballs.
  3. bring water to boil and add bouillon, stir until cubes dissolve.
  4. drop meatball in water and simmer for 10 minutes add remaining ingredients and simmer until sauce thickens.

beef bouillon cubes, egg, cornstarch, water, rye breadcrumbs, lemon juice, cold water, ground beef
