Ricotta Pancake

  1. Mix dry ingredients together, set aside
  2. Mix wet ingredients, add to dry ingredients, mix well
  3. Beat egg whites until they form soft peaks, then fold in to mixture
  4. Heat pan use 1/4 cup of batter, cook until golden brown flip
