Herb and Wine Halibut Steak

  1. In a big non-stick skillet, let the butter melt over medium heat.
  2. Place halibut steaks in skillet in a single layer.
  3. Cook steaks 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Add in the wine and lemon juice.
  5. Sprinkle the rest of the ingredients over the fish steaks.
  6. Cover and lower the heat; simmer 8-10 minutes.
  7. Serve with pan drippings.
