Sweet BBQ-Bacon Burger with Crisp Onion Rings
- 24 each kaiser rolls, split
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 24 each ground beef patties
- 24 each white Cheddar cheese slices
- 1-1/2 qt. lettuce, chopped
- 8 each large tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 48 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crisply cooked, drained Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 48 each French-fried onion rings (1/2-inch wide)
- 2-1/4 cups BULL'S-EYE Sweet Barbecue Sauce
- Brush cut sides of rolls with butter.
- Grill, cut-sides down, until lightly toasted.
- Set aside.
- Grill meat patties until cooked through (160F), turning occasionally.
- Top with the cheese; continue cooking until cheese is melted.
- For each serving: Place 1/4 cup of the lettuce on bottom half of 1 of the rolls; cover with 2 tomato slices, 1 meat patty, 2 bacon slices and 2 onion rings.
- Top with 1-1/2 Tbsp.
