Chocolate Cookie Bark

• 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
• 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate (6 oz.), broken into pieces, melted
• 10 OREO Cookies, coarsely crushed, divided
• 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into pieces, melted

1. Add peanut butter to white chocolate; mix well.
2. Stir half the crushed cookies into each bowl of melted chocolate.
3. Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate mixtures onto waxed paper-covered baking sheet, alternating colors of chocolates.
4. Swirl with knife.
5. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
6. Break into pieces.
7. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
