White Chocolate and Macadamia Cookies

  1. Melt butter and sugar over medium heat then set aside to cool.
  2. Heat oven to 180C.
  3. Once cooled beat in the egg and vanilla paste.
  4. Add flour and white chocolate mix to combine.
  5. Finely chop the nuts.
  6. Take 1 tbsp sized balls and roll in the nuts.
  7. Arrange on paper lined baking tray leaving space for spreading.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Cool.
