Rick's Favorite Pizza
- 1 jar pizza sauce
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese finely shredded
- 8 ounces muenster cheese finely shredded
- 8 ounces provolone cheese finely shredded
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese mild, finely shredded
- 13 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
- 8 ounces pepperoni slices
- 1/2 each green bell peppers chopped
- 1/2 each onions chopped
- 8 ounces mushrooms drained
- 1 batch pizza dough
- Crumble sausage in a medium saucepan, and cover with 2 inches of water, put on lid.
- Gently boil sausage over low heat, crumbling with fork occasionally.
- When cooked through, drain, rinse and drain thoroughly.
- Set aside.
- Mix all the cheeses in a large mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle a couple of handfuls of cheese over prepared pizza Sprinkle on cheese, pepperoni, green peppers, Bake.
