Rick's Favorite Pizza

• 1 jar pizza sauce
• 8 ounces mozzarella cheese finely shredded
• 8 ounces muenster cheese finely shredded
• 8 ounces provolone cheese finely shredded
• 8 ounces cheddar cheese mild, finely shredded
• 13 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
• 8 ounces pepperoni slices
• 1/2 each green bell peppers chopped
• 1/2 each onions chopped
• 8 ounces mushrooms drained
• 1 batch pizza dough

1. Crumble sausage in a medium saucepan, and cover with 2 inches of water, put on lid.
2. Gently boil sausage over low heat, crumbling with fork occasionally.
3. When cooked through, drain, rinse and drain thoroughly.
4. Set aside.
5. Mix all the cheeses in a large mixing bowl.
6. Sprinkle a couple of handfuls of cheese over prepared pizza Sprinkle on cheese, pepperoni, green peppers, Bake.
