Casey'S Favorite Fudge Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Cream together margarine, sugar and vanilla.
  3. Mix in eggs.
  4. Beat well until batter is light and fluffy. Add melted chocolate; blend well.
  5. Sift together cake flour, baking soda and salt.
  6. Add alternating with ice water.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Spray three 8-inch pans with Baker's Joy or use Pam and sprinkle well with flour.
  9. Pour batter into pans.
  10. Weight each pan on a scale to be sure the dough is divided equally.
  11. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes (until a cake tester comes out clean or until you can gently press a finger into the top of cake and the cake will spring back into position.
  12. Cool.
