Magic Layers Strawberry Parfait
- 1 gal. hot water (140 degrees F to 160 degrees F)
- 2/3 cup JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
- 2 qt. half-and-half
- 1-1/2 qt. sugar-free whipped topping
- 3 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced
- Add hot water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir until completely dissolved.
- Gradually beat in half-and-half with whisk until well blended.
- Pour 1/2 cup gelatin into each of 48 (8-oz.)
- parfait glasses (or into each of 6 parfait glasses for trial recipe).
- Refrigerate several hours or until firm.
- Top each parfait with 2 Tbsp.
- whipped topping and 1/4 cup strawberries just before serving.
