Weight Watchers Smoky Bean Dip With Crudites 2.5 Points

  1. rinse the pules in cold water and drain.
  2. put into bowl pr blender with yoghurt,garlic and spices.
  3. blend either with a hand blender or ina jug blender until smooth.
  4. check the seasoning and serve with the crudites.
