  1. In a food processor or possibly blender process all ingredients till emulsified.
  2. Taste for salt and pepper.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  4. Roasting garlic:Preheat oven to 400F.Cut top third from bulb of garlic.
  5. Wrap in foil and roast about 40 min or possibly till garlic is soft.
  6. Roasted garlic gives both a sweet nutty flavour and a creamy texture here.
