Grandma's Chicken

  1. Combine seasonings in flour; dredge chicken pieces to coat; fry in hot oil until browned.
  2. Blend remaining flour with water; pour over chicken; cover and simmer on low 45 minutes until meat is almost falling off bone and gravy is thickened.
  3. Make sure to stir gently so gravy doesn't stick.
