Sweet & Sour SHAKE'N BAKE Balls

  1. COMBINE ground chicken, 1/2 pouch coating mix, breadcrumbs and egg.
  2. Form into 24 meatballs.
  3. Shake in remaining coating mix.
  4. SPOON pineapple evenly over bottom of 13 x 9-inch (3.5 L) baking dish.
  5. Arrange meatballs over pineapple and sprinkle with remaining coating mix.
  6. BAKE at 375F (190C) for 25 to 30 minutes.
