Hash Brown Recipe

• 2 pound thawed hash brown
• 6 tbsp. melted butter
• 1 c. minced onion
• 8 ounce. shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 pt. lowfat sour cream

1. Mix together.
2. Place in 9 x 13 inch ungreased pan.
