Black Bean and Turkey Stew

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, except sausage.
  2. Cover; cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours.
  3. Transfer about 1-1/2 cups bean mixture from slow cooker to blender or food processor; puree bean mixture.
  4. Return to slow cooker.
  5. Stir in sausage.
  6. Cover; cook on LOW an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
