Spicy Chicken & Vegetable Kabobs

  1. Mix cream cheese product, water and Sriracha sauce in microwaveable bowl until blended.
  2. Add half to chicken in medium bowl; stir to evenly coat chicken.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. to marinate.
  5. Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  6. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Thread chicken onto 4 skewers alternately with vegetables.
  8. Grill 12 to 15 min.
  9. or until chicken is done, turning occasionally.
  10. Transfer kabobs to platter.
  11. Microwave remaining cream cheese mixture on HIGH 20 sec.
  12. or just until warmed; stir.
  13. Drizzle over kabobs.
